We Should NOT Fear CoNfLiCt

Together with my cell group, we discussed the 2nd fundamental belief in building a teamwork. We should not fear conflict. I learned more than I expected tonight. My teammates were experienced and one of them is a guidance counselor. We are all young professionals which includes a banker (Francis), School Directors (Bernie and Dennis), Merchandisers (Ronald, Rando and Louie), Entrepreneurs (Jeannot and Dondon), Chefs (RB and Mark), Engineers (Jimmy, Francis II, Emman and me), and a Salesman (Arnel).

A month ago, we talked about the 1st fundamental belief: We have to trust each other. The topics were enjoyable for us since everyone is involved in a profession. I think everybody can relate well, this is obvious in their reactions and comments.
I thank God for giving me the opportunity to lead a group of young profs. I've been doing this since I landed a job in Davao last October 10, 2005. Every week is another victory in reaching out for the people that needs Jesus. We are eager to know and practice the principles from God that will make us a better person in our workplace. To do our job well as we are working for the Lord.
Wherever we are, whatever we do. God will use us in a very unique way in bringing people to the saving grace of Jesus.
You will be surprised on how He works.
The potter's hand will mold you too in a great way.
